We have 5 openings for recruiters to work with us, interviewing readers to work on our networks.
DESCRIPTION: PsychicsNeeded hires intuitive psychics to work on multiple phone and video networks. As a recruiter, you would be responsible for interviewing and testing readers who apply with our company. You will also be provided your own job-application website you can use to generate your own applicants.
COMPENSATION: You earn as your new-hires earn. Depending on the job they are placed in, your earnings will be based on the paid talk-time your readers complete each pay period. In general, your earnings will be capped at $50 – $250 per new hire. Complete details will be explained in your interview.
PAY PERIODS: Your commission will be paid at the same time its paid to the psychics you’ve recruited. Payment is sent weekly if you have earnings for the previous week. Payments can be made by paper-check or direct deposit. All funds are paid in US$, and our payroll is all handled in-house at our USA headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS: Must have experience providing intuitive readings. Should have experience working on a psychic network. Experience with recruiting preferred. .
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: You must have a desktop or laptop computer with updated operating software. Must have a web-camera and microphone. Must have high-speed internet (minimum upload speeds of 1.0 Mbps.
Note: Unfortunately, tablets such as iPads are not compatible with our system. You must have a desktop or laptop computer.
