Adult Chat Operators for Telephone Chatline
TalkComm operates the popular psychic network that is recruited by PsychicsNeeded. (see job post for telephone psychic). We are getting ready to start hiring workers for a different type of telephone job – adult chat. This is going to be a unique opportunity for this type of work, primarily because the operators will receive a guaranteed per-hour rate for their entire shift. Starting will be $20-$25 per hour depending on experience.
This is not for everyone. This position has nothing to do with psychic readings. This is for a totally different service where you will be on a chat-line discussing adult topics. You must be very, openly comfortable with all types of sexual conversation that could come up.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience doing phone sex operator calls. Must have a great phone presence, and be able to encourage lively conversation in the chatroom. Of course must be at least 18 or older according to your local rules. For now, we’re only looking for workers in the USA, but we hope to expand that soon.
The details
- We’re working with an established company with existing business in the adult phone chat industry. They are starting a new service which will be advertised to their existing clientele.
- Workers will be needed within the next 1-3 weeks to begin staffing.
- Shifts will range from 2-5 hours.
- During this time, you would be in a live chat room on the phone, talking and encouraging callers to engage in conversation.
- To start there will be chatrooms for Females talking to straight men or Males talking to gay men.
- You must not have any inhibitions and be willing to actively direct the conversation.
The Compensation
- Workers are independent contractors
- Compensated on a per-hour rate.
- Starting rate is $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience.
- Payment is weekly, by direct deposit.
- Workers will be logged in during their chosen shifts that will be between 2-5 hours.
- Workers must be on the phone the entire time, so the hourly is guaranteed, no matter how many customers you speak with.
- Additional pay increases and incentives will be available.
